TENDON Speleo 10.5 Special is a static rope developed specially for cavers. The Special version combines a polyamide core with a polyester sheath (PES/PA) – the polyester sheath lowers water absorption and static elongation of the rope and increases its abrasion resistance, which is what you'll appreciate most in a damp cave environment.

What you'll love

Polyester sheath: lower water absorption and higher abrasion resistance.

High static strength: minimum strength of 34 kN (18 kN with knots).

Low elongation: static elongation of 2.7% (50–150 kg).

A type A rope to the EN 1891 / CE 1019 standard.
