TENDON Timber EVO 11.5 is an arborist rope designed for work at height and arborist techniques. The combination of polyamide and polyester gives the ropes in the TIMBER EVO range excellent abrasion resistance and high strength. Thanks to their new construction, these ropes also have an extended lifespan.

A type A rope has a required minimum strength of 22 kN and is intended for activities at height and above a free drop.

The maximum storage time of an unused rope is up to 5 years, plus a service life of a maximum of 10 years. The actual service life depends on how often and how intensively you use it. External influences and mechanical loading gradually reduce both the static and the dynamic performance of a static rope.

The rope must be inspected at least once a year by the manufacturer or by a person authorised by the manufacturer, and the inspection must be recorded in the rope's record card. Check the rope before every use, and if you have any doubts about its safety, it must be taken out of service immediately.

A tracer tape runs inside the rope along its whole length and carries the manufacturer's mark, the rope type, the standard number, the year of manufacture and the material the rope is made of.
